Follow these steps to securely install and configure the Admin APK on your Android device.
1. Home Dashboard: Managing User Lists
The Home screen is divided into gender-based tabs to help you quickly browse the user base.
Navigation: Use the Girls and Boys tabs at the top to toggle between lists.
Search & Filter: Use the search bar to find specific users or the "Filter" icon to narrow down by location or profile status.
Profile Overview: Each card shows the user's name, age, location, and Profile Completion %.
Status Tags: Look for "Incomplete" (yellow/grey) or "Approved" (green) labels to see who needs attention.

2. User Approvals: The Gatekeeper Role
This is where you verify new registrations to maintain platform safety.
Workflow:
New: Fresh registrations waiting for their first look.
Review: Profiles you’ve flagged for a second check or more information.
Approved: Profiles that are now live on the app.
Rejected/Incomplete: Profiles that didn't meet requirements or are missing data.
Action: Click into a profile from the "New" tab to verify their details and move them to "Approved."

3. Subscription Management
Control the monetization and access levels of your users.
Tier Overview: You can filter users by their plan: Free, Trial, Premium, or Family.
Manual Upgrades: Admin can manually assign plans. If a user "test Ln" is on a Free plan, you can click the Trial, Premium, or Family buttons on their card to instantly upgrade their status.
Tracking: View "Credits" and "Expiry" dates directly on the subscription card to help with support queries.

4. Advanced Admin Settings (The "Kebab" Menu)
By clicking the dropdown/menu icon (usually near the top right), you access the power-user tools:
Manage Admins: Add or remove team members who have access to this portal.
Force Update: Use this if you’ve released a critical app patch and want all users to move to the latest version.
Form Builder: This allows you to edit the registration questions users see when they sign up.
Send Notification: A tool for "Mass Communication"—perfect for announcing events or reminders to complete profiles.

5. Data & Reporting
Found under the "Users" tab, these tools help with high-level management:
Reports: View analytics on user growth and engagement.
Requests: See pending help desk or profile change requests.
Export: Click the green Export button to download your user list as a CSV or Excel file for external tracking (useful for the Google Sheets tracking you've set up previously).

Note: For security purposes, never share your admin login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the technical lead immediately.
