1. How do I deactivate or delete my account?
A: Users can temporarily deactivate their account by going to Settings > Account Active and turning the toggle OFF. This hides the profile from matches while keeping account data safe.
To permanently delete the account, go to Settings > Delete Account.

2. What is "Guna Milap" and how does it work?

A:Our platform utilizes traditional Vedic Astrology principles to calculate compatibility. By analyzing the specific birth date, time, and location provided in your profile, we generate an "Astro Match Score" to help find your ideal partner.

3. How do I report a fake profile or harassment?

A:Safety is our top priority. You can use the "Report" icon found on any user profile or chat window. For urgent safety matters or to report prohibited content, please email our dedicated safety desk immediately at cosmicmatch@advgpro.com.
